Hidalgo County Drainage Project

This is CLF’s largest completed project by dollar value — and one of the most legally complex drainage initiatives undertaken in South Texas. CLF handled the full scope of eminent domain matters, working directly with county officials and property owners to acquire the rights-of-way necessary for a regional drainage system affecting thousands of residents.
